Case Summary:
Jillian's party needed to travel from one coastal town to another, so she suggested that they take one of the ships her family owns. The DM and other PCs laughed at this suggestion and have been razzing the Plaintiff ever since. Jillian maintains that as a noble, her character would have some access to a ship.
Verdict:
Ultimately, the court agrees that the DM could say no to this suggestion, but that it was not an unwarranted request and does not warrant the response from the other players. Finally, Jillian designed the Trinyvale T-Shirts and as such has legally bribed the court.
