Ruling:
In Favor of Defendant.
Case Summary:
During an aerial attack, while aboard a polymorphed pterodactyl, James' party began to plummet. To save themselves, a PC (with a fly speed) used a cube of force to "catch" the falling party and carry them safely to the ground. The DM allowed this action, but was grumbling the whole time. James questions whether this grumbling was warranted or if the DM should have simply let them fall to their deaths.
Verdict:
The bench found this item overly complicated and Justice Murph says it can "go suck an egg." However, during their deliberations it was found that the Justices themselves were grumbling. As such, it was determined that grumbling is allowed.
