Ruling:
In Favor of Plaintiff.
Case Summary:
Jeevis (DM) gave one of his PCs a Helm of Teleportation. However, the PC frequently used this item to bypass challenges and escape from encounters to a point where it was negatively impacting the sessions. Jeevis then took this helm once his PCs were defeated in combat. In response, the Jeevis' players have claimed that he was metagaming.
Verdict:
Justice Murph was indignant with this accusation and believes Jeevis should simply exterminate the party. The party had already lost in combat and were spared, but for the helm, so the players should be grateful.

Sentence:
Justice Murph suggests that the party is simply wiped and started over at level 1. Justice Axford suggests returning the helm, but cursed. Justice Murph and the rest of the court agrees with this course of action. "I love my helmet. I hate my DM. Oh no, I'm in hell."
