Ruling:

In Favor of Plaintiff.

DM

Case Summary:

Amelia's players were battling on a moving airship when the lead villain cast Silence. One of the players stated that, because the ship was moving, they would quickly move out of the location of the spell. Amelia contends that the spell is cast on the location of the ship and the spell moves with the ship itself.

Verdict:

Justice Oyama believes the players are being annoying. After much deliberation, the bench concurs that the ship is an environment and thus the spell should target the space within that environment. Justice Murph also points out that real physics should not be considered as that quickly breaks the game in many ways and thus the ruling falls to the highest Crit.

      Sentence:

Amelia's players must now be DM'd by the DM who murdered the Aarakocra who used banishment via camping and Amelia will DM for those players instead. The punished group must also only use sticks as weapons.
