Ruling:

In Favor of Plaintiff.

Case Summary:

Thomas and his party had Water Walk cast on them to avoid being submerged in water that was dirty enough to require Constitution saves. Shortly after, Thomas' PC drank from an unknown jug immediately upon finding it and found themselves choking on air. Thomas then attempted to dunk their head underwater to see if they could breathe there instead, but the DM ruled that they could not submerge themselves due to the effects of the Water Walk spell.

Verdict:

Justice Murph immediately sides with Thomas in that Water Walk does not make water suddenly act as concrete. Justice Axford concurs but does suggest the player use this against their DM in the future. Justice Murph also proposes the Legolas v Snow defense whereupon Legolas is so fleet of foot that he does not sink into the snow as he walks. However, Legolas can still join a snowball fight. Justice Wilson cements himself as the player's justice and concurs with decision.
