Case Summary:
Plaintiff (DM) is running a western-style murder mystery. Through poor investigation checks, a PC named TikTok decided that the culprit was a prisoner in the jail and they needed to infiltrate the jail. To do so, TikTok decided to strip completely nude and be thrown in jail for indecent exposure. TikTok then wanted to use a magic item, once in the cell. However, he was informed that he was still nude and had no items on his person. He claimed that his item(s) didn't count as clothing. The DM allowed TikTok to rot in prison until his party rescued him.
Verdict:
Justice Wilson made a strong effort to defend TikTok, but was unable to do so. The bench unanimously rules against TikTok, their name, and their petty shenanigans. Justice Wilson, as the player's judge, just wants the players to be better.
Sentence:
TikTok is sentenced to visit Hurricane Harbor but be restricted to the life guard area, be naked and unable to pay for any concessions, and receive no attention for their nudity.
